Additional Services

Additional Ballots

$50 per additional ballot (regardless of HOA size)

One ballot can include multiple items and candidates, so an additional ballot is only charged when a separate ballot is required and overlaps with the existing voting period.

Example: Running a board election and a separate amendment vote with overlapping dates would incur an additional $50.

Multiple Elections (Same Year)

Volume Discounts Available:

  • Small HOAs (≤121 units): 10% off each additional election
  • HOAs with 122+ units: 40% off each additional election, with a $90 minimum

Example: 100-unit HOA → 1st vote: $100, 2nd vote: $90

Example: 500-unit HOA → 1st vote: $410, 2nd vote: $246

Mailing support may be available when your election requires printed notices, paper ballots, or other mailed materials.
